Gained Experience at Complete Game Broadcasting

Miles attended Complete Game Broadcasting’s Winter 2020 session and graduated in December 2020. While there, he learned various skills including video and sound editing, Adobe Audition usage, soundboard operation, demo reel creation, and on-air presence.

During his time at Complete Game Broadcasting, Miles participated in five live radio shows, marking his first experience on the air. He also received opportunities to develop mock live sports flashes.

Landed First Job

Upon graduation, Miles started his career at Love 860, a radio station owned by Beasley Media Group. Despite competing with more qualified candidates during the hiring process, Miles secured the job due to his direct ability to operate the soundboards, a skill he acquired at Complete Game Broadcasting. Starting as an intern and board engineer, Miles was promoted to Operations Manager two years later. In his new role, he developed and implemented programming schedules for various content, trained and supervised a staff of six, and managed the technical aspects of the station.

"Complete Game Broadcasting gave me the confidence I have now."
