History of Complete Game Broadcasting

Jeff Batten, owner of Batten communications opened in 1993 and produced television and radio programming for stations and clients across the Southeast. In 2009, Complete Game Broadcasting (CGB), a division of Batten Communications used for training and education, purchased Atlanta Broadcast Institutes (ABI) name and assets. For more than 20 years, ABI produced a constant stream of qualified directors, board operators, producers, writers, camera operators and on air talent in the Atlanta area. Former ABI owner Thea Marcacci along with top instructors continued to work with Jeff and Complete Game Broadcasting for several more years.

Complete Game Broadcasting Today

In 2019, Tim Nun, former CGB Graduate and Assistant Instructor with Jeff, purchased the name and assets of Complete Game Broadcasting.

Surviving the COVID years, CGB has implemented new technology and has embraced the World of Podcasting and Social Media. The current curriculum has combined the new with the old to continue the success of producing talented graduates in all areas of television, radio, podcasting, and production.
